Rehabilitation of two small buildings in a privileged setting in Cercedilla, characterized by constructions from the second quarter of the 20th century, generous plots, and lush, established trees. In the larger building, a central core containing the bathroom and kitchen structures the home; in the smaller one, the false ceiling is removed to reveal an attractive volume and create a small loft above the kitchen and bathroom. Special attention is paid to materials and finishes to ensure consistency with the style of the buildings, while seeking warmth and luminosity.
