The project seeks to reflect the functional optimisation of the programme through the formal resolution of the building, striving for a robust, forceful, clear, and highly visible architecture. The arrangement of an elevated vehicle storage volume defines the building's silhouette from a distance and creates the public core beneath it—a space open across its entire front and sides, conceived as a single, expansive area. Designed as a continuous plaza dedicated to the client, it encompasses: customer parking, the appraisal area, vehicle drop-off and collection, and the showroom and customer service space. Within this setting, the customer service area is interpreted as a unique, permeable pavilion, integrated simultaneously with the internal activity hub and the exterior environment.
